At Clinical Skin Systems, we are committed to delivering your premium clinical skincare devices safely and efficiently. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our Canadian warehouse.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Canada

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $150 CAD and over within Canada.

Standard Shipping (Orders under $150 CAD)

  Delivered via Canada Post Tracked Packet or Xpresspost

  Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days depending on your province or territory

Expedited Shipping

Faster options (such as Canada Post Xpresspost or UPS) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the United States using reliable carriers.

  Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

  Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

  Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout

  Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees

  Please note that delivery times may be longer due to customs processing

Protective Packaging

All devices are professionally packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Your order will arrive in excellent condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your account dashboard.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited methods. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
